Q1. Can I just try samples for the first order?
A: Yes, trail order is acceptable. we can sell just a few pcs for you to confirm the specifications of our products.
Q2. Can I put LiFePO4 battery pack in parallel or series by ourselves?
A: Yes, but the batteries should be in same voltage and capacity, or it will influence the cycle life of the battery pack. Also, you should tell us and we will match them before delivery. before handling the battery, checking the voltage of each battery is necessary. there are few tips we need to pay attention;
No.1 Make sure the voltage of each battery are same before put in parallel. If they are not same, charge them to the same rate.
No.2 Don't not put discharged battery and undischarged battery in parallel. This may reduce the capacity of the whole battery pack.
No.3 Advise us the target capacity of the whole pack if you would like to put them in series. We will choose the suitable BMS for each battery.
Q3. What is your warranty?
A: We offer 36 month warranty, we ensure at least 2000 cycle life for the LiFePO4 battery pack.
Q4. How does LVDOO Battery ship the LiFePo4 battery packs?
A: The goods can be picked up by your own forwarder. If there is no forwarder. Then we can ship the battery packs. For sample order or small battery packs, we can ship by express through Fedex, UPS, TNT, DPD etc. If whole parcel over 100KG, can ship by air or by sea, sea shipping is more economical. Customer can tell us your nearest airport name or sea port name for LVDOO Battery sales person to check the best option for you.
Q5. Do you also have BMS and Chargers?
A:Yes, we do, if you need any to work with the battery cells , just advise us, we will provide them along with the LiFePo4 battery cells to you.
Q6. How about the MOQ of the order?
A: No MOQ, feel free to contact us.
Q7: What is the lead time that you ship the goods after I pay?
A: 14 days for sample order, 20-25 days for bulk order, mainly depends on order qty.
Q8: Can I have discount price and service for wholesale?
A:Yes we are professional manufacturer and have favorable price and good service for wholesalers. Both OEM and ODM are warmly welcome.
Q9. I need special pricing for a large project
We will be glad to support your projects. Please contact us with the proposal of the co-operation. We will be glad to offer you special business terms.
Q10. Do I have to pay tax on my order?
That depends on which area of the world you are located in.You will probably have to pay some import tax or customs duties to the government in your country. Please get information about your legal import procedures in your country prior making the order. If you need to process the export documents, please contact us for further help.
Q11. What is your terms of payment?
A. 30% in advance as deposit and 70% before the delivery as the balance payment.
Q12. What is your terms of delivery?
A. We offer EXW, FOB and CIF.
Q13. How can we pay?
A.You can pay via T/T, PayPal and Western Union.
